Dogs need be present only for scheduled time of judging and will be excused when not needed for further judging.
Judging of dogs in catalog order will commence promptly at the hour appointed. Dogs are numbered consecutively in each class with the starting numbers shown. The handler may estimate the approximate time he will be called by allowing 8, 7 and 6 dogs per hour in Novice, Open and Utility respectively, but must report to the ringside well before the calculated time in case of absentees or other conditions advancing the schedule. Judges may judge dogs entered in more than one class in other than catalog order, but cannot be asked to wait.

ENTRY FEE is $28.00 for the first entry of each dog in Obedience & Rally. Each Additional Entry of the same dog is $18.00. Fees include the 50¢ AKC Recording Fee and the $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee on the first entry of a dog and a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee for each additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes. (There is no recording fee or event service fee for sweepstakes, futurities, brace/team, multi-dog classes, or special attractions.)

The ODEUM is located on Villa Avenue, just west of Rte. 83, midway between Lake Street
(Rte. 20) and North Avenue (Rte. 64).
FROM NORTH OR SOUTH-I-294, Exit at I-290 West, to Route 83 South, to North Avenue
(Route 64). West one block to Villa Avenue. North on Villa Avenue ½ mile.
FROM NORTHWEST OR EAST-I-290, Exit at Route 83, South. Follow above directions.
FROM O'HARE EXPO CENTER-North on River Road to I-190 West (Airport) to I-294 South. Follow above directions.

To be eligible for all Special Awards, Form must be filled out and mailed in with your entry or turned in at the door the day of the Trial.

Bitches who come in season after the closing date may have their entry fee returned, less $2.00 by returning a statement signed by a Veterinarian to the Superintendent by 9:00 A.M. the day of the Trial. Chapter 2, Section 15 of AKC Obedience Regulations: CATALOG ORDER. Dogs should be judged in catalog order if it is practical to do so without holding up any judging. Judges are not required to wait for dogs for either the individual or the group exercises. Each handler is responsible for being ready at ringside when required and without being called. The judge's first consideration should be the convenience of those exhibitors who are ready when scheduled and who ask no favors. If a request is made in advance of the class starting time, a judge may agree to judge a dog earlier or later than the time scheduled by catalog order. If no such arrangement has been made, however, a judge should not hesitate to mark absent any dog and handler not ready to be judged in catalog order.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
A RECORDING FEE of 50¢, and a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. Agility will have a $3.00 AKC Recording Fee for the first entry & $3.00 for each additional entry per dog. Rally Trial will have a $3.00 AKC Recording Fee on each entry of a dog. These Fees are to be collected by the Show-Giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee for each additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes will be collected. (There is no recording fee or event service fee for sweepstakes, futurities, brace/team, multi-dog classes, or special attractions.)
IF, BECAUSE OF RIOTS, CIVIL DISTURBANCES, OR OTHER ACTS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE MANAGEMENT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN OR TO COMPLETE THIS SHOW, NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEE WILL BE MADE. THE WELL BEING OF THE DOGS, EXHIBITORS AND SPECTATORS IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE, AND IN THE EVENT IT IS NECESSARY TO CANCEL OR STOP THE EVENT BEFORE COMPLETION, NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEE WILL BE MADE.
ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of Show Committee. We will make every effort to find duplicate entries, but if entry is processed, NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE.
THE OWNER OR HANDLER of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when its class is to be judged. The Show-Giving Club and Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system, or stewards or runners for the purpose of locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
ALL EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEIR DOGS!
ENTRY FORM changes, additions, corrections and cancellations MUST be received in writing or by telegram prior to the closing of entries, and MUST INCLUDE AKC NUMBER AND BREED OF DOG. Those received by telephone are NOT acceptable. SUBSTITUTIONS REQUIRE A NEW COMPLETED ENTRY FORM.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE LEGIBLE AND MUST INCLUDE AKC NUMBER OR NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED!! A $1.00 ADMINISTRATIVE/PROCESSING FEE PER ENTRY WILL BE DEDUCTED.
NO ENTRY shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance.

The person accompanying the dog must show identification before the dog will be received.
THE SHOW-GIVING CLUB, the Show Superintendent, their Agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children not under the control of their parents or guardians.
ANYONE SMOKING IN THE RINGS will be responsible for any damage done to matting due to extinguishing smoking materials on them!

$5.00 per entry (subject to change) is added for FAX entries. Along with the front and the back of each entry form, we need a cover letter stating that you authorize Roy Jones Dog Shows, Inc. to use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express for the following entry fees and fax fees. Then you need to print the card number, expiration date, Cardholders name, address, daytime phone number. A written signature on the cover letter is required. This written authorization is required to process faxed entries. CARDHOLDERS WHOSE CHARGES ARE DECLINED BY THE BANK CARD AUTHORIZATION CENTER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. CREDIT CARD RE-PROCESSING FEE IS $10.00. ALL entries, cancellations, etc., received by fax require show, breed, and AKC number.
