ENTRY FEE is $25.00 for the first entry of each dog, except in Puppy Classes, Bred by Exhibitor Classes and Veteran Classes which are $19.00 each. Each Additional Entry of the same dog is $19.00. First Rally Entry (each Trial) is $25.00 each additional entry for the same dog is $19.00. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP-$14.00 if an Additional Entry; $19.00 if entered for 'Junior Showmanship Only'. Fees include the $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee on the first entry of a dog and a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee for each additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes or the $3.00 AKC Recording Fee on each entry of a dog in Rally.. (There is no recording fee or event service fee for sweepstakes, futurities, brace/team, multi-dog classes, or special attractions.)

In order to comply with the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes [s. 95.21 (2)] and Administrative Codes [s. ATCP 11.52], relating to the Statewide Rabies Control Program, the owner of any dog kept or exhibited in Wisconsin (other than a dog kept for educational or scientific purposes) shall have the dog vaccinated against rabies by a veterinarian at no later than 5 months of age and revaccinated within one year after the initial vaccination. Any person (including out-of-state exhibitors) who imports a dog into Wisconsin (for exhibition or any other purpose) must have a valid interstate health certificate or certificate of veterinary inspection for that dog, regardless of the age of the dog. The certificate must be completed by a veterinarian; accompany the dog when it enters this state; and indicate the current vaccination status of the dog. Vaccinations shall be administered by a veterinarian and comply with age and time standards and label instructions approved by the federal bureau for the type of vaccine used.

FROM INTERSTATE I-94-Exit Highway 26 South at Johnson Creek. Follow Highway 26 to Highway N (Stoplight). Turn Right onto Puerner Street. Stay on Puerner Street to Fairgrounds.
FROM HIGHWAY 26 NORTH (Watertown/Fond du Lac area)-Follow directions from I-94/Johnson Creek.
FROM HIGHWAY 26 SOUTH (From Janesville area)-Exit Interstate I-90/39 at Highway 26 North. Go North to Jefferson. Watch for Highway 18 West. Turn Left - follow Highway 18 West approximately 6-8 blocks to Jackson Street (see Fairpark sign). Turn Right & follow Jackson Street to Fairpark entrance.

* Parking fees $5.00 per car/van per day. Weekend Pass of $10.00 available at gate.
* UNLOADING INFORMATION - please follow posted directions to facilitate an orderly flow in and out of unloading area:
NO PARKING, UNLOADING OR LOADING IN THE FIRE LANES BETWEEN BUILDINGS. VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED AND VEHICLES TOWED. ON THURSDAY: -NO ADMITTANCE OF VEHICLES OR PEOPLE UNTIL 2:00 P.M.
-SPECIALTY GROOMING AREAS WILL BE PRE-TAPED. PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.
REGARDING SET-UP OF EQUIPMENT. The clubs reserve the right to have exhibitors move or rearrange equipment as required.
-NO SAVING OF SPACE WITH CONES, TAPE, ELECTRICAL CORDS, ETC. The clubs reserve the right to adjust saved space.
-EXHIBITORS WITH MULTIPLE ENTRIES MUST STACK ALL DOG CRATES, except for Giant breeds, and COLLAPSIBLE/SOFT MESH CRATES ALLOWED ONLY AS SECOND STACKED CRATE

* Private exercise pens during show hours must be set up only in designated areas during show hours and must be kept clean & odor free throughout the show hours. Those in non-designated areas must be taken down by 7:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS. Show committee will determine what constitutes an ex-pen.
* NO DAILY CRATING OR GROOMING IN THE ACTIVITY CENTER.
* CRATES ALLOWED AT RINGSIDE fifteen (15) minutes before Breed is judged, removal immediately after Breed is judged is required.
* NO SMOKING IN ANY BUILDING.
* NO SPACE PROVIDED FOR UNENTERED DOGS.
* PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DOGS LOCKED IN CLOSED UP VEHICLES. If stressed dogs are found in such a situation, all attempts will be made to locate the owner of the vehicle. If such dogs are not rescued in a reasonable amount of time, the Show Committee will break windows to free the dogs.
* In order for the clubs to continue to use these facilities for further shows, we would appreciate your cooperation in leaving the grounds in the condition in which you found them.
* NO STROLLERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDINGS.
* THE WELFARE OF A CHILD IS ASSUMED TO BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ADULT BRINGING THE CHILD TO THE SHOW. It is distinctly understood that adults will exercise control and restraint over their children at all times.
* Please turn off cell phones and/or pagers before entering rings.

The Janesville/Beloit Kennel Club as part of its All-Breed Show, will hold a Best Bred By Exhibitor Competition. The Competition will be for Best Bred By Exhibitor in Breed/Variety, Best Bred By Exhibitor in Group (with placements one through four) and Best Bred By Exhibitor in Show.
RULES:
During the course of regular judging, the assigned judge will select a Best Bred By Exhibitor in each Breed/Variety from the Bred By Exhibitor class winners. Limited Junior Showmanship Qualifications
1. Must reside in Wisconsin.
2. Must have won first place in 2 or more OPEN Junior Showmanship Classes, with competition present, at shows between April 18, 2007 and April 16, 2008. These wins may be at licensed or member specialty shows as well as all-breed shows. Wins at AKC sanctioned matches or limited Junior Showmanship classes do not qualify.
3. Name and date of the show of the qualifying wins MUST accompany the entry form.
4. A junior handler who will be 18 years old or older on the date of the show may still compete provided he or she was under 18 years of age on the date of the last win required to qualify, and a junior handler who will be 15 years old on the day of show but who earned the wins prior to turning 15 years old will compete as a 14 year old and a junior handler who will be 12 years on the day of the show but who earned the wins prior to turning 12 years will compete as an 11 year old.
5. Each dog handled in this class must be owned or co-owned by the Junior Handler or the Junior Handler's father, mother, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, grandmother or grandfather (including the corresponding half and step relations) or by a member of the junior handler's household and must be eligible to compete in Dog shows or in Obedience Trials.
6. Dogs entered and handled in this class may also, but need not be, entered in the Regular Show Class and are subject to all the provisions noted on entry form and in the premium list such as fees, closing date, eligibility.
All Juniors entered will compete in preliminary classes, either Open Junior (9-11) or Open Intermediate (12-14) or Open Senior (15-18) on the day of the show. (see #4 above). The preliminary class judge will select 4 Juniors, without placement, who will compete prior to Groups,
for the title of State of Wisconsin Top Junior Handler.

TOP JUNIOR HANDLER-A Minimum of $750.00 Scholarship*, a BIS size Rosette, and a 8" x 10" Photo of the Top Junior Handler Win offered by Booth Photography.
2 AWARD OF MERIT JUNIOR HANDLERS-Each will receive a Minimum $250.00 Scholarship* and a Rosette.
*(The Scholarships are a one-time scholarship for a post-secondary education (not
necessarily a college). When the Junior enrolls, the Cluster will require enrollment
confirmation from the school. The payment will be sent directly to the school for credit
to the junior's account. Any junior, who does not redeem the scholarship by age 25, will
forfeit the scholarship.)

Summary & Requirements
Sweepstakes is open to all Vizslas dogs and bitches 6 months of age and under 18 months of age on the day of the show. Entry Fee is $15.00 per dog. All entries in Sweepstakes Class MUST ALSO be entered in one of the Regular Classes at the Regular entry fee and on the Regular Entry Form. Indicate in the space for Additional Classes your entry in the Sweepstakes, including age division. Professional Handlers may only handle dogs they own.

Janesville-Beloit Kennel Club and Badger Kennel Club are pleased that Dr. Paul E. Miller DVM and Dr. Ellison Bentley DVM have accepted our invitations to hold eye clinics at our dog shows/obedience trials. Both are faculty members at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine and diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists.
Examination fee is $22.00 per dog. Make all payable to BKC. Please fill out the form below and return with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a single check for the appropriate amount to Sheryl Bolton, 1520 Arrowood Drive, Madison WI 53704-3806 by April 27, 2008. Indicate if your dog is entered in the show or trial so we can schedule your appointment time after your ring time. You will be notified by mail (using the SASE you have supplied) of your appointment time after the judging schedule is published. Walk-in appointments will only be accepted if time is available.
Per AKC regulations, dogs under 6 months of age are not allowed on show grounds. Since dogs as young as 8 weeks may have a CERF exam, dogs under 6 months of age will be admitted ONLY TO THE EYE CLINIC AREA.
You will need to bring your dog's registration number and birth date plus copies of
previous eye exams, if any. Dogs that pass the CERF exam can be certified with the
Canine Eye Registration Foundation for an additional fee.

A RECORDING FEE of 50¢, and a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. Agility will have a $3.00 AKC Recording Fee for the first entry & $3.00 for each additional entry per dog. Rally Trial will have a $3.00 AKC Recording Fee on each entry of a dog. These Fees are to be collected by the Show-Giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee for each additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes will be collected. (There is no recording fee or event service fee for sweepstakes, futurities, brace/team, multi-dog classes, or special attractions.)
IF, BECAUSE OF RIOTS, CIVIL DISTURBANCES, OR OTHER ACTS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE MANAGEMENT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN OR TO COMPLETE THIS SHOW, NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEE WILL BE MADE. ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of Show Committee. We will make every effort to find duplicate entries, but if entry is processed, NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE.
THE OWNER OR HANDLER of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when its class is to be judged. The Show-Giving Club and Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system, or stewards or runners for the purpose of locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
ALL EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEIR DOGS!
ENTRY FORM changes, additions, corrections and cancellations MUST be received in writing or by telegram prior to the closing of entries, and MUST INCLUDE AKC NUMBER AND BREED OF DOG. Those received by telephone are NOT acceptable. SUBSTITUTIONS REQUIRE A NEW COMPLETED ENTRY FORM.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE LEGIBLE AND MUST INCLUDE AKC NUMBER OR NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED!! A $1.00 ADMINISTRATIVE/PROCESSING FEE PER ENTRY WILL BE DEDUCTED.
NO ENTRY shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance.
NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE OFFICE OF ROY JONES DOG SHOWS, INC./SLEEPER, SUPT. IF IT IS RECEIVED AFTER 12:00 NOON ON THE PUBLISHED DAY OF CLOSING. ANY ENTRY RECEIVED AFTER 12:00 NOON ON THE PUBLISHED DAY OF CLOSING WILL BE RETURNED.
DUE TO THE LARGE VOLUME OF ENTRIES COMING IN AT THE LAST MINUTE, ANY ENTRY MISSING CRUCIAL INFORMATION OR ANY FAX ENTRY MISSING AUTHORIZATION FOR US TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ENTRY FEES AND FAX FEES, MAY NOT BE CONTACTED AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
ENTRIES WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED AFTER ENTRIES CLOSE with Ident. Card and Judging Program. Should such acknowledgment not be received by the exhibitor within a reasonable time, please notify Roy Jones Dog Shows at 260-925-0525. The person accompanying the dog must show identification before the dog will be received.
THE SHOW-GIVING CLUB, the Show Superintendent, their Agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children not under the control of their parents or guardians.
ANYONE SMOKING IN THE RINGS will be responsible for any damage done to matting due to extinguishing smoking materials on them!
ONE CHECK IS SUFFICIENT for all entries enclosed. ALL CHECKS must have Show(s) & Breed(s) entered written on the face.
EACH DOG MUST BE ENTERED ON A SEPARATE ENTRY FORM.
ONLY DOGS THAT ARE AKC ELIGIBLE ARE ALLOWED ON THE SHOW GROUNDS.
PLEASE NOTE ALL CHANGES IN INFORMATION on the entry form, otherwise they will not be made.
ALL VIDEOTAPING, PHOTOGRAPHY OR ANY REPRODUCTION OF ANY MEANS during the Show requires Club permission.
ANY ENTRIES received with post-dated checks will be returned. THIRD PARTY CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

$5.00 per entry (subject to change) is added for FAX entries. Along with the front
and the back of each entry form, we need a cover letter stating that you authorize Roy
Jones Dog Shows, Inc. to use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express for the
following entry fees and fax fees. Then you need to print the card number, expiration
date, Cardholders name, address, daytime phone number. A written signature on the cover
letter is required. This written authorization is required to process faxed entries.
CARDHOLDERS WHOSE CHARGES ARE DECLINED BY THE BANK CARD AUTHORIZATION CENTER WILL
NOT BE PROCESSED. CREDIT CARD RE-PROCESSING FEE IS $10.00. ALL entries,
cancellations, etc., received by fax require show, breed, and AKC number. ALL
transactions involving cancellations, class changes, or move-ups will be charged a minimum
of $1.00 per entry. FAX ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER NOON ON DATE OF CLOSING/ILLEGIBLE ENTRIES

Classes: Puppies 6-9, 9-12 Months Adults: Open
All classes will be divided by sex. No Champions may compete. Adults & puppies will be judged separately
Judges will be announced the day of the show
Awards: Best Puppy in Match: Best Adult in Match: All group 1 Placements for both
